We present EQT – the Gender Equality Toolkit for Working Women and Friends. Our toolkit promotes constructive discussions, raises awareness of equality issues, and encourages positive change in the workplace. Even today, women still earn less money on average than men, remain underrepresented in leadership positions, and are more likely to experience sexual harassment at work. EQT equips you with the necessary tools to identify and challenge gender bias. Together, we’re making the world a bit fairer for everyone!

The toolkit includes:

• Card Game: a role-playing game on gender bias and inequality in the workplace with 112 illustrated prompt cards (56 situations + 56 responses) so that the next time you’re faced with a real-life sexist scenario, you’ll be ready.
• Handbook: a handbook about gender equality that contains facts, statistics, and compelling arguments to recognize biased behavior, speak up when you see it, and create positive change in your organization.
• Award-Winning Poster: an infographic poster that celebrates major milestones throughout the history of female empowerment and illustrates key facts and figures by sector, region and representation in high-ranking positions.
